Terms of Service

Welcome to the applications, websites, themes, and watch faces developed by App Comin ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

PER-APP NOTES

A single Terms of Service covers all our products. The summaries below highlight what applies to each one — full details continue in the sections that follow:

CrewSync (iOS / Android / watchOS / Wear OS)

CrewSync is an independent app, not affiliated with GOL, LATAM, Azul, Apple, Google, or Amazon — see "NO AFFILIATION" below. By enabling optional integrations (Google Calendar, Apple Calendar/EventKit, Alexa skill, iCloud), you accept the additional terms described in section 5. Your CrewLink credentials remain on your device only.

Watch faces (Wear OS / watchOS)

The standard terms below apply. There is no user account or user-generated content; sections related to content storage and third-party integrations apply only when relevant features are present.

Themes (Android)

The standard terms below apply. There is no user account, content storage, or third-party integration beyond standard analytics and ads.

Website (appcomin.com)

Use of the website is governed by these Terms together with the cookie preferences you set via the Osano CMP banner.

NO AFFILIATION

CrewSync is an independent app, created by airline crew for airline crew, and is not official, affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by GOL Linhas Aéreas, LATAM Airlines Brazil, Azul Linhas Aéreas Brasileiras, Apple Inc., Google LLC, Amazon.com, Inc., or any other company whose trademarks, logos, or names may be mentioned. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

EULA — APPLE APP STORE

These Terms also serve as the End User License Agreement (EULA) for applications distributed through the Apple App Store. You acknowledge that the agreement is solely between you and App Comin, not with Apple Inc.; Apple is not responsible for the application or its content, but is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Use of Services

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use our services.
  • You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
  • You are solely responsible for any content you create, store, or share using our services.

3. User Content and Data

  • Some applications may allow you to record audio or create other types of personal content.
  • You retain full ownership of all content you create.
  • We do not access, share, or use your data without your permission.
  • Depending on the app and platform, content may be stored locally on your device, optionally synced to Google Drive (Android), or stored in your private iCloud account (iOS/watchOS), according to the settings you choose.

4. Account and Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any associated accounts.
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
  • We are not responsible for losses due to unauthorized access.

5. Third-Party Services

  • Some features may rely on services like Google Drive or Firebase.
  • Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.
  • We are not responsible for the content or behavior of third-party services.
  • Google Calendar Integration (CrewSync): CrewSync offers optional integration with Google Calendar via the Google Calendar API. By enabling this feature, you authorize CrewSync to create and manage events in a dedicated calendar. CrewSync does not access, modify, or delete events outside of the "CrewSync - Escala de Voo" calendar. This integration is subject to Google's Terms of Service.
  • Alexa Integration (CrewSync): CrewSync offers optional integration with Amazon Alexa via the "CrewSync" skill. By enabling the skill and linking your account, you authorize CrewSync to respond to voice queries about your flight schedule. Your use of Alexa is subject to Amazon's Alexa Terms of Use and Privacy Notice.
  • Apple Calendar Integration (CrewSync): CrewSync offers optional sync with the iOS Calendar app (EventKit). By granting Calendars permission, you authorize CrewSync to create and manage events in a dedicated "CrewSync" calendar. CrewSync does not access, modify, or delete events outside of this calendar. This integration is subject to Apple Inc.'s terms.
  • iCloud Integration (CrewSync): CrewSync uses Apple's iCloud Key-Value Store to sync preferences between your devices. The storage is private to your iCloud account and managed by Apple. This integration is subject to Apple Inc.'s terms.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All intellectual property related to our services remains our property.
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our services without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Services are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not liable for damages resulting from your use of our services.

8. Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time.
  • You may stop using our services at your discretion.

9. Changes to Terms

  • These Terms may be updated from time to time.
  • Continued use of our services after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the District of Nova Prata, Rio Grande do Sul, are elected as the exclusive venue, with waiver of any other, except for the consumer's right to choose the venue of their domicile under Article 101, item I, of the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code.
