Accounting Management SaaS – Custom Financial System for Individuals and Businesses
A custom-built SaaS platform developed exclusively for Gestão Contabilidade, focused on financial control, automation, and financial education for its clients.
How it all started
The idea for this system was born from observing the daily routine of small farmers in southern Brazil. By following the work of my sister and brother-in-law, I realized how much time was lost managing orders through WhatsApp, organizing information manually, and, most importantly, dealing with the lack of an efficient financial control system.
In response to this challenge, I initially developed an Android application to automate customer orders and simplify business management. Over time, this project evolved and began to include a financial control system, which is still in use today in the Horta da Eli project.
The connection with Gestão Contabilidade
During one of her monthly visits to the accounting firm Gestão Contabilidade, my sister told the accountant Andréia about the system I had developed to organize orders and manage the family business finances.
The idea immediately sparked interest. Shortly after, I was invited to a meeting where Andréia shared her vision: to create a simple and accessible tool that would allow people to record income and expenses, with organization, automation, and integration into the accounting firm’s internal processes.
The birth of Accounting Management SaaS
This led to the creation of Accounting Management SaaS, an exclusive platform custom-built for Gestão Contabilidade.
The platform was designed to be simple, intuitive, and accessible, working on any device or operating system with internet access. The entire solution is built on modern technologies such as SaaS, PWA, and Firebase, operating 100% in the cloud.
