Per diems, flight hours, night premium and Sunday/holiday pay worked out from your own roster, before the payslip lands. Every line was checked against a real payslip, to the cent, at GOL and LATAM.

A boarding gate that actually matches

The gate the app shows is the one on the airport board, with the destination weather right next to it.

METAR, TAF, SIGMET, SIGWX and NOTAM come from REDEMET and AISWEB. No data without a source.

Your roster, with whoever you choose

Visitor mode: your family follows your roster and, if you allow it, adds events to your calendar. Connections: see whether a crew friend is in the same city, on the same flight or off on the same days.

Smart roster

• · Monthly grid calendar with colors by category (flight, deadhead, day off, training, standby, reserve, medical…) + precise timeline view + list view.
• · Check-in/report and release for each duty; layover hotel and airport pickup time (GOL/LATAM/AZUL).
• · Home-screen widgets (iOS and Android) and iPhone Live Activity on the lock screen with a countdown to your next flight.
• · Manual time editing (delays/early starts) right on the watch — exclusive to Apple Watch and Wear OS — preserving the original time.
• · Share your roster as a beautiful image for WhatsApp and social media.

Only flights that already landed, with actual block times when the airline reports them and the role (PIC/SIC) already translated. You pick the period and can include flights you entered by hand.

Per diems & catering

• · Per diems calculated from the current Brazilian aeronauts’ CCT, automatically from your roster — including the base rule (overnighting at your own base doesn’t count).
• · Values always up to date (if the CCT changes, the app updates itself).
• · International flights: per diem in USD.
• · Meal Plan (GOL): import the catering PDF and see what’s available on each flight.

Salary calculation (beta, GOL and LATAM Brazil)

• · Estimate your monthly pay straight from your roster: payable hours, the 54-hour minimum guarantee, night hours, Sundays and holidays, variable pay, fixed pay, allowances and deductions.
• · Compare the published roster with the one you actually flew, and see each pay item explained line by line.

• · Health access is read-only: the app never writes to your health apps. The data stays on the device only — it is not sent to the server, does not feed community statistics and is not shared with anyone.
• · Informational, not medical: the app does not assess your health or your fatigue.

• · Tap the registration on the flight card and the lookup opens already searching for that aircraft.

Swap Simulator

• · Before you agree to a roster swap with a colleague, see what it actually changes for both of you.
• · Day-by-day schedule, side by side: what you fly on each date today and what you would fly instead, with route, times, report, release and the estimated duty for the day.
• · Block hours broken down into daytime, night, Sunday and holiday, before and after the swap, on both sides.
• · CCT catering per diems before and after, with amounts and meal counts, so you know what the swap costs or earns you.
• · A rule-by-rule verdict on Law 13.475, RBAC 117 and the CCT: rest between duties, day off by the 6th day, duty limits by number of legs, monthly minimum days off, social period, encroaching on a published day off and flight-hour limits.
• · It blocks what cannot be done: different airlines, and training, medical or meetings booked inside the block.
• · Your colleague never sees your whole roster: the invite carries only the agreed dates.

Getting home

• · For those who live away from base: when the day's duty brings you back to base and home is far from it, the Home screen shows the next flights out on its own. You do not have to open or search for anything.
• · Staff travel across GOL, LATAM and AZUL: the options cover all three airlines, not just yours, with the code always next to the flight number.
• · The window starts at your landing + 45 minutes, crosses midnight and carries into the next morning, because someone landing at 11pm wants the first flight out the following day.
• · If there is no direct flight, the app builds two-leg options through the hub you pick, respecting a minimum connection buffer (1h30 by default).
• · One field turns it on and off: your home airport, in Settings, under "Getting home".

Statistics

• · Hours flown, legs, destinations, aircraft (by registration and type), most-flown routes — for the month and your career.
• · Community: compare yourself with the (anonymized) average of CrewSync crew — same airline or others.

Crew chat & Crew Talk

• · Trip chat: the crew of a TRIP shares one conversation — several flights with the same crew are a single group, from the first leg to the last, open 24h before departure to sort out the van, pickup and breakfast. Only crew rostered on the trip get in, verified server-side. Double-tap to like a message; everything expires on its own a few days after the trip.
• · Crew Talk: the crew community, organised by city and topic: hotels, food, airports, transport, things to do, pharmacy, documents and classifieds. Rolling out gradually.
• · Real moderation: automatic screening on submission, a report button on every post and comment, user blocking and human moderators. Rules in Community Terms and the category guide.

Connections & Visitor Mode

• · Connections: compare your roster with crew colleagues and family — see shared days off and flights together (always with consent on both sides).
• · Visitor Mode: the app becomes a friendly view of YOUR roster for your spouse/family or friends to follow, with simple icons (flying, day off, hotel).
• · Shared calendar: you can let anyone you choose (spouse, a crew colleague) create, edit and delete events and to-dos in your calendar. Permission is per person and split by type, so you can allow events only, to-dos only, or both, and revoke it whenever you want.
• · Anything a visitor creates shows up marked “Created by”, with their name and photo. Nothing lands in your calendar silently.

Alexa and Siri

• · “Alexa, open my crew schedule”: next flight, report time, what’s on today or tomorrow, block hours this month, next day off, layover or home standby. Enable it in Settings → Integrations → Alexa (6-digit PIN). The skill also speaks Brazilian Portuguese, as “Alexa, abrir minha escala”.
• · Siri (iPhone): ask for your next flight and CrewSync answers with the flight, report time, today’s and tomorrow’s roster, days off, reserve, standby, training and layovers, saying the city names out loud.
• · Ask how your flight looks and you get a spoken briefing for the drive to the airport: departure gate, the weather at the destination in plain words (wind, visibility, clouds, temperature) and your report time. On a multi-leg day it tells you which stop has the rough weather. Great on CarPlay.
• · Siri needs no setup and no account: install the app and it works. It even answers in airplane mode, because it reads the roster stored on the iPhone itself (gate and weather need internet).

Cloud backup & cross-platform

• · Sign in (e-mail) → automatic, transparent backup of your roster and profile.
• · New phone? Sign in and your roster is back.
• · True cross-platform: Android and iPhone see the same roster.
• · Delete all your data anytime (Danger Zone, in the app).
